Dispatch
Orders are prepared with care and dispatched from the studio on a tracked service. Timing may vary by destination and carrier.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel has left the studio. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or get in touch via the contact form and we’ll resend the details.
Duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are set by your country and payable by the recipient.
Service updates
Occasionally carriers experience disruption (for example strikes, severe weather or customs backlogs). During these periods deliveries may take longer than usual. We will continue to dispatch on time and keep you updated where appropriate.
Presentation
Each scarf arrives gift-ready in our signature box with tissue, ribbon and a cotton dust bag.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact us via the website within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll share the return address and simple instructions.
Condition
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with all tags and any accessories included.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method and email a confirmation. Please allow a few working days for your card provider to complete the credit.
Return postage
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, customs duties and taxes are not refundable.
International returns
Please mark the parcel clearly as Returned Goods to avoid additional customs charges. If a parcel is refused or returned to us because duties or taxes were not paid on arrival, we will refund the item price once it returns to us; any carrier return fees and the original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, contact us and we’ll confirm availability. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received in original condition.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs so we can put this right.
